Job Summary

Seeking a full-time North Carolina P&C Licensed Call Center Agent, the successful candidate will assist existing customers with insurance policy changes and inquiries while working remotely in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
  • Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions to customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
  • Must possess a North Carolina P&C insurance license or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of starting
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible availability for scheduling options, including a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
