Job Summary

Seeking a North Carolina P&C Licensed Call Center Agent, the full-time remote position will manage inbound customer calls, process service requests related to insurance policies, and assist customers with inquiries to enhance their experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
  • Assist customers with questions about policy details and work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • North Carolina P&C license (will be provided if not already obtained)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible availability for scheduling options, including 5-day or 4-day workweeks
