Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote North Carolina P&C Licensed Call Center Agent, who will support existing customers by processing service requests, answering policy-related questions, and working to retain policyholders through effective solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
  • Assist customers with inquiries about coverages and policy benefits while working to retain at-risk policyholders
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Willingness to obtain a North Carolina P&C license within 60 days of starting
  • Availability for flexible scheduling options, including 5-day or 4-day workweeks
