Job Summary

A company is looking for a T&H Performance Improvement Analyst to provide administrative and operational support for the Transition and Housing Department with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings
  • Develop strategies and recommendations to enhance quality and operational effectiveness based on data reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain performance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or related field with relevant coursework
  • Two years of experience in data gathering, editing, and analysis
  • Knowledge of Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, and Performance Reporting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite applications
  • Preferred certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management
