Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, the full-time salaried North Carolina Personal Injury Attorney will evaluate cases, represent clients in legal matters, and develop effective strategies while maintaining client communication and managing case files.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess the merits of clients' personal injury claims, analyzing records and evidence
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals, preparing and filing necessary legal documents
- Develop legal strategies, conduct research, and negotiate settlements with insurance companies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the North Carolina Bar
- 5 - 10 years of experience in personal injury law
- Knowledge of North Carolina laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
