Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Quality Specialist to support Medication Therapy Management and quality programs.

Key Responsibilities

Verify member demographic and medication-related information and enter it into the MTM platform
Contact members to explain MTM program benefits and schedule appointments for comprehensive medication reviews
Respond to calls from providers, members, and pharmacies, determining appropriate actions and escalating as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a related field
Active pharmacy technician license in the state of North Carolina, preferred
