Job Summary
To support medication adherence and quality initiatives, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Tech Quality Specialist will engage members, verify medication information, and assist in health management through a remote role based in North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and document member demographic and medication information in the MTM platform
- Contact members to explain MTM program benefits and schedule appointments with pharmacists
- Support Medicare Star Ratings and other pharmacy quality initiatives while managing high call volumes
Required qualifications
- Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license
- PTCB certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service
- Strong telephonic customer service experience
