North Carolina Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To enhance medication access and optimize patient care, the full-time North Carolina Pharmacy Technician will work remotely, providing support by collaborating with patients, prescribers, and payers while managing documentation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulations and external support services
• Proactively identify and analyze customer concerns, seeking solutions both inside and outside the department
• Document and communicate findings to patients, providers, and pharmacies in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy unless enrolled in a PharmD program
• CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA unless enrolled in a PharmD program
• Two years of pharmacy technician experience required
