North Carolina Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Providing support for medication access and optimization, the full-time North Carolina Pharmacy Technician will work remotely to assist patients, prescribers, and payers while documenting and tracking patient communications and program enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and external support services
• Proactively identify and analyze customer concerns, seeking effective solutions
• Document findings and communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy unless enrolled in a PharmD program
• CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA unless enrolled in a PharmD program
• Two years of pharmacy technician experience required
