North Carolina Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Managing procurement and contracting activities for the NC ROOTS Hub, the full-time salaried Procurement Manager will ensure compliance and efficiency in vendor agreements and sub-awards while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities including sub-award solicitations and vendor contracting
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and sub-award agreements
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience
• Experience managing complex contracts or sub-awards
• Valid driver's license
• Residency in North Carolina
