Job Summary
Supporting the Southeastern North Carolina Healthy Start Program, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will manage program deliverables, coordinate community consortium activities, and assess training needs for outreach and education in Cumberland and Hoke Counties.
Key responsibilities
- Implement program deliverables by providing technical assistance and support to staff at funded service sites
- Coordinate the Community Consortium by organizing participation from program members and local agencies
- Assess training needs and develop appropriate training activities for local outreach and case management staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of relevant experience
- Experience providing technical assistance to local program staff
- Proven skill in coordinating multi-agency or community groups
- Strong proficiency in conducting training needs assessments
- Demonstrated experience managing program information and documentation
