Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member & Recipient Services Representative (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with mental health and substance abuse disabilities in accessing services
• Conduct telephonic screenings and link callers to appropriate clinical services
• Document calls and maintain accurate records in the electronic information system

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related experience
• Two years of experience with adults or children in a community mental health setting
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and recovery philosophies
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals in distress
• Must reside in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the NC border
