Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to join their team in a fully remote role supporting East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to questions and referrals from assigned counties, managing multiple referrals as needed
  • Collect and review intake, referral, and admission information to assess service appropriateness and urgency
  • Maintain regular communication with referral sources to support timely intake progression
Qualifications
  • Credentialed or credential-eligible as a Qualified Professional (QP)
  • Master's degree in a related human services field with a minimum of 1 year of full-time IDD experience, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience
  • Experience must include professional support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in supporting client and organizational needs
