Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to manage organization-wide improvement projects aimed at enhancing performance and resource efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interdepartmental projects to achieve quality targets, including team formation, timeline development, and regular reporting
- Identify root causes of quality issues using lean concepts and quality tools to address performance gaps
- Design and implement effective interventions and develop sustainable monitoring processes to ensure long-term success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience
- Certification as a Lean practitioner and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required within 18 months of employment
- Experience in leading large-scale quality improvement projects
- Proficiency in advanced data collection and analysis methods
- Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS measurements is preferred
