Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to manage organization-wide improvement projects aimed at enhancing performance and resource efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage interdepartmental projects to achieve quality targets, including team formation, timeline development, and regular reporting
  • Identify root causes of quality issues using lean concepts and quality tools to address performance gaps
  • Design and implement effective interventions and develop sustainable monitoring processes to ensure long-term success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience
  • Certification as a Lean practitioner and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required within 18 months of employment
  • Experience in leading large-scale quality improvement projects
  • Proficiency in advanced data collection and analysis methods
  • Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS measurements is preferred
