North Carolina Referral Allocation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Allocation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate organ donation by managing organ referrals and allocations for local organ donors
• Collaborate with the AOC and activate staff for clinical activities as directed
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records in the electronic donor chart

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with a concentration in healthcare or related field, or 2-3 years of experience in a clinical environment (EMT, Paramedic, RN, or LPN)
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: CPTC preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and direct clinical knowledge in organ donor management
• Ability to manage stress and function in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
