North Carolina Regional Hub Vice President

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Regional Hub Vice President will manage day-to-day operations, oversee hub initiatives, and ensure performance management across multiple counties in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Regional Hub and oversee execution of required and elective initiatives
• Directly manage core hub functions, including program implementation teams and community engagement staff
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with health systems, community organizations, and public health partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related field, including two years of supervisory experience; or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Residency in North Carolina and within Region 2 of Trillium's catchment area
