North Carolina Regional Hub Vice President

Job Summary

To support the implementation of the NC ROOTS Hub strategy, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Regional Hub Vice President will manage day-to-day operations, oversee hub initiatives, and ensure performance management of sub-awardees and network partners while working remotely within Region 5 of North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple counties and partners
• Oversee execution of required and elective initiatives
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with health systems, community organizations, and public health partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, public health, or large-scale program implementation, including two years of supervisory experience; or a Master's degree and three years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside in North Carolina and within Region 5 of Trillium's catchment area
