Job Summary
Seeking resilient and compassionate individuals, the full-time North Carolina Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for various companies, requiring agility in switching protocols and maintaining high-quality service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls while adhering to various client protocols and data entry requirements
- Deliver empathetic and professional customer service, maintaining high standards for quality assurance
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence and average wrap time
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide own equipment that meets specified technical requirements
- Familiarity with Windows 11 or higher and a wired internet connection
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week
- Experience in a high-pressure customer service environment is preferred
