North Carolina RN Clinical Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Home Health Senior Care team, the remote North Carolina RN Clinical Support Specialist will review Oasis and Homecare Homebase documentation, mentor clinical managers, and assist in developing new policies and procedures while working full-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Review Oasis and Homecare Homebase 485 documentation
- Apply knowledge to implement standardized QI surveys and mentor clinical leaders
- Serve as a clinical resource to recommend changes in agency policies and assist in new program development
Required qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience in North Carolina
- Experience using Oasis is required
