Job Summary
To support a growing solar initiative, the full-time North Carolina Sales Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound calling to homeowners, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule appointments
- Deliver a clear pitch about solar energy and document call outcomes accurately
- Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily/weekly/monthly activity targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Ability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required equipment
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
