Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time North Carolina Scheduling Coordinator will manage client and provider rescheduling needs, ensure accurate data input, and optimize clinician availability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Input and oversee client and staff scheduling changes to maintain data integrity
  • Assist with same-day call-out processes and manage staffing substitutions to minimize service disruptions
  • Audit payroll functions and track clinician availability using CentralReach practice management software
Required qualifications
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with healthcare settings and experience working with clients and providers
  • Knowledge of ABA and Autism services, and/or experience with CentralReach platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling within CentralReach
  • MUST reside in the East Coast time zone
