North Carolina Senior Budget Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of the NC ROOTS Hub, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Senior Budget Analyst will analyze, monitor, and report on budgeting activities, ensuring compliance and effective resource deployment while working remotely within North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of the regional hub budget and performance management program
• Analyze financial data and create models for forecasting and decision-making processes
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for leadership, monitoring compliance with contract terms

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with four years, or a Bachelor's degree with two years in financial management, grants management, or accounting
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
• Valid driver's license
• Residency within North Carolina
