Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote - Service Dispatch Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor technician availability and job queues throughout the day
Assign and track field jobs using dispatch platforms and outage tools
Respond to Priority 1 and 2 alarms, escalations, and fallout from missed appointments

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of Call Center experience required
At least 1 year of work at home experience required
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal assistance
Basic math skills required
High School Diploma or GED
