Job Summary
Supporting a team of software engineers, the full-time Associate Manager Software Engineering in North Carolina will provide guidance, manage project tasks, and foster professional growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide software engineers in product development through code reviews and technical support
- Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and ensure timely project execution
- Mentor team members and contribute to the software engineering strategy and risk management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies
- Prior experience in a mentoring capacity
