Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician-Weekday (MD/DO BCFM/BCIM), NC/SC, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists as needed
• Support population health initiatives and assist patients post-discharge to improve treatment understanding

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Active NC or SC state medical license, IMLC preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR and virtual visits required
