North Carolina/South Carolina LPN

Job Summary

To support virtual clinics, the remote Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN) will optimize clinical workflows, manage lab results, and collaborate with various teams to enhance patient care in North Carolina/South Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experiences
• Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results, following escalation procedures as needed
• Collaborate with external vendors and manage clinic communications, including phone inquiries from patients and partners

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NC/SC (compact license required)
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
• Experience in telemedicine
• Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment
