North Carolina Supervisor of Contracts

Job Summary

Providing oversight for provider enrollment and contracting functions, the full-time remote North Carolina Supervisor of Contracts will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support staff development while collaborating with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Enrollment and Contracting teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all requirements
• Conduct quality audits and monitor enrollment requests to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated concerns related to contracts and enrollment status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Sociology, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
• Four years of experience in community, business, or governmental programs in health-related fields
• Preferred supervisory experience in consultative or administrative functions
• Prior experience in Managed Care setting, Provider Relations, or Provider Contracting is preferred
• General knowledge of Provider Enrollment and Contract requirements
