Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts telephonic outreach to members and assists with scheduling provider appointments
  • Educates members on care gaps and connects them with community resources
  • Maintains adherence to metrics and ensures confidentiality of health information
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of call center or telephonic customer service experience
  • 1 year of professional experience in an office setting using phone and computer
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, or community outreach
  • Ability to work full-time and attend all training sessions without time off
