Job Summary
Proactively identifying security incidents, the full-time remote North Carolina Threat Hunter will analyze network and endpoint data, create Threat Hunting Playbooks, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Incident Response and Security Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze network data and endpoint data to identify security threats
- Create Threat Hunting Playbooks and Use Cases for proactive threat detection
- Act as a high-tier escalation point for security incidents, providing technical expertise
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Threat Hunting or Incident Response
- 3 years of experience with networking protocols and analyzing packet capture files
- 3 years of experience in digital forensics across various domains
- 3 years of experience with operating system internals and malware evasion techniques
- U.S. Citizenship required due to FISMA regulations
