Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ticketing Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and respond to NCDHHS staff regarding Service Now ticket updates and resolutions
  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal staff and prepare reports on high-priority tickets
  • Assist the Regulatory Operations Team with documentation for external reviews and attend relevant meetings
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Data Management/Business/Administrative preferred
  • Two years of experience in service desk support/ticketing system/project management in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of state and federal rules related to healthcare operations in North Carolina
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
