Key Responsibilities

Review and pre-screen IDD/MHSU service authorization requests
Manage and monitor the timeliness of clinical reviews
Coordinate and oversee the submission of clinical documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant experience; OR
Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience; OR
Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience; OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid driver's license and reside within North Carolina
