North Carolina Wraparound Facilitator

Job Summary

Supporting youth and their families, the full-time Wraparound Facilitator will provide education and assistance in navigating child-serving systems while working both remotely and in the community across Mecklenburg, Stanly, Union, and Cabarrus counties.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and assist clients in understanding and navigating various child-serving systems, including child welfare and mental health services
• Support youth in expressing their needs and goals while modeling effective behaviors and healthy relationships
• Collaborate with other professionals to promote positive social skills and healthy responses to stress and conflict

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Designation as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina
• Valid Driver's License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills
