Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote North Dakota Case Improvement Specialist, the successful candidate will conduct pre-authorization reviews of SNAP cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate eligibility determinations while supporting statewide performance improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-authorization reviews of SNAP cases to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Review applications and recertifications for alignment with SNAP policy and maintain timely case reviews
• Provide feedback to staff, document findings, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes

Required qualifications:

• Four years of professional experience in SNAP, including policy knowledge and interpretation
• Associate degree in a related field with three years of experience in administering eligibility for human service programs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of experience in administering eligibility for human service programs
