Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Case Improvement Specialist staff, including coaching on federal and state regulations
• Oversee unit operations and improve business processes for compliance and efficiency
• Manage employee performance, including recommendations for personnel actions and performance ratings

Required Qualifications

• Three years of work experience related to eligibility for human services economic assistance programs
• One year of supervisory experience
• Completion of the Eligibility Worker one-year certificate program or equivalent educational qualifications
• High school diploma or GED with three years of relevant work experience in related fields
• A combination of education and experience totaling three years may be considered
