Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

  • Three years of work experience in the financial sector, including account reconciliation
  • Two years of customer support experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications using Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a call center environment with a financial background is preferred
