Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to child support inquiries from internal and external customers via email and phone
- Guide customers to self-service tools and provide accurate information to resolve inquiries
- Document interactions, update case records, and collaborate with team members for consistent service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis
- Three (3) years of experience in an advanced financial position
- Two (2) years of customer support experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in computer applications using Windows and Microsoft Office
