Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will provide support related to child support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to child support inquiries from internal and external customers via email and phone
  • Guide customers to self-service tools and provide accurate information to resolve inquiries
  • Document interactions, update case records, and collaborate with team members for consistent service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis
  • Three (3) years of experience in an advanced financial position
  • Two (2) years of customer support experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications using Windows and Microsoft Office
