Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the remote North Dakota Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume phone calls while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order inquiries and placements
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Technology driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
- Document manipulation experience
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
