Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Worker (Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for various Economic Assistance programs
• Assess client needs and provide information and referrals to agency or community resources
• Determine eligibility and authorize benefits, conducting interviews and analyzing verifications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Eligibility Worker I: One year of relevant work experience or completion of a two-year associate degree program
• Eligibility Worker Technician: One-year certificate program or 90 semester hours of a bachelor's degree
• High school diploma or GED with three years of relevant work experience in related fields
• Three years of a combination of education and experience as listed above
• Successful completion of FBI criminal history record check and fingerprinting
