Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support housing initiatives through financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries related to bond accounting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
• Support investor accounting functions and ensure accurate reporting for agency-serviced loans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Five years of professional accounting or financial auditing experience
• Master's degree in accountancy or CPA license may substitute for 2 years of experience
• Must complete the interview process, reference checks, and background check
• Must reside within the State of North Dakota
