Job Summary

A company is looking for a myAvatar Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for line-of-business applications to ensure system availability and functionality
• Serve as a primary resource for customers regarding enhancements, implementations, and maintenance operations
• Collaborate with users in new application training and testing for myAvatar

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Application Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• At least one year of experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing the myAvatar application
• Professional experience can substitute for formal education on a year-for-year basis
• Strong research skills and knowledge of business workflow processes and software integration
• Familiarity with database architecture and technical terminology
