Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adult Protective Services Investigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and assess reports of alleged abuse or neglect of vulnerable adults
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and screenings to gather necessary information
  • Collaborate with community partners, including law enforcement, to ensure the safety of at-risk individuals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Gerontology, Criminal justice, Nursing, Business administration, Counseling, Psychology, Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, public health, or Sociology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interviewing and screening skills
  • Person-centered approach to service delivery
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with community partners
