Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adult Protective Services Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and assess reports of alleged abuse or neglect of vulnerable adults
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and screenings to gather necessary information
- Collaborate with community partners, including law enforcement, to ensure the safety of at-risk individuals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Gerontology, Criminal justice, Nursing, Business administration, Counseling, Psychology, Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, public health, or Sociology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interviewing and screening skills
- Person-centered approach to service delivery
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with community partners
