Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates governmental and commercial contracts and agreements
• Provides legal advice and support on various legal and regulatory matters
• Identifies and mitigates legal risks while collaborating with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in North Dakota or eligibility to register as a foreign lawyer
• 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional initiatives
