Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Commission in administrative and civil proceedings
• Draft administrative rules, proposed legislation, and other legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible to be admitted to practice in North Dakota
• Eligible for appointment as a Special Assistant Attorney General
