Job Summary

To support a growing real estate brokerage, the remote Designated Broker Contractor will oversee licensed sales agents in North Dakota, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing risk management plans, and providing training on contracts and state real estate law on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to licensed sales agents, focusing on regulatory compliance and NAR best practices
• Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums in collaboration with brokerage operations
• Deliver exceptional brokerage support to agents, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and brokerage policies

Required qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Broker Contractor in North Dakota
• Experience in real estate operations and compliance
• Knowledge of state real estate law and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to train and support agents in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with risk management and brokerage operations manuals
