Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Acute Care/Internal Medicine (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services for medical and surgical patients, including pharmacokinetics and medication profile reviews
- Participate in committee work and projects to enhance pharmacy practice
- Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residency programs and students
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions
- Knowledge of state and local regulations
- Hospital experience or residency preferred
- Valid pharmacy license in good standing
