Job Summary
Gathering and analyzing financial information, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Credit Underwriter IV will evaluate loan requests, perform credit presentations, and make recommendations related to credit structure while working remotely as a North Dakota resident.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the repayment capacity and creditworthiness of loan requests ranging from $500,000 to over $50,000,000
- Perform detailed analyses including break-even repayment analysis, stress testing, and cash flow assessments
- Prepare credit presentations for governing committees and conduct annual loan reviews and risk assessments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, business administration, economics, or a closely related field
- Six years of lending and/or credit analysis work experience in the commercial/ag lending field
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and sound judgment
- Experience with site visits based on credit complexity and participation in credit administration projects
