Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding and managing the financial aspects of their healthcare, including insurance options and payment plans
• Collaborate with providers on treatment plans and verify insurance benefits to assess financial status
• Communicate financial coverage statuses and decisions to clients, families, and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle working with clients on health insurance or financial counseling
• Certification in ND Marketplace Enrollment or ability to obtain after hire
• Experience with healthcare policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
