Job Summary

As a full-time North Dakota Licensed Loan Quality Control Specialist, the candidate will conduct post-funding reviews of loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while working remotely within North Dakota.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough post-funding reviews of loan documentation and credit approval materials for accuracy and compliance
• Analyze review outcomes to identify trends and recommend improvements to quality control processes
• Maintain strong relationships with internal lending teams and provide feedback on documentation standards and quality issues

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, business, or a closely related field
• Five years of experience in commercial, agricultural, or commercial/ag real estate loan documentation or lending
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
