Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - REMOTE in ND.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to the senior population
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines and assist with community education

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of North Dakota (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LAPC, LMFT)
• Experience working with the geriatric community
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment
