North Dakota Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Seeking a North Dakota Licensed Nurse Practitioner for a part-time remote position, this role will conduct telehealth evaluations, prescribe and titrate GLP-1 medications for weight management patients, and collaborate with a team of Registered Dietitians, all while managing a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous telehealth evaluations for new GLP-1 patients, assessing eligibility and treatment goals
• Prescribe and titrate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications under independent prescriptive authority
• Manage follow-up visits, dose titration, and lab reviews through synchronous visits and chart reviews

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with current ANCC or AANP board certification
• Licenses in a minimum of 30 U.S. states, with preference for those granting full independent practice authority
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience managing obesity or related conditions
• Proficiency in EHR platforms and comfort practicing in a fully remote environment
• Active NPI and professional liability/malpractice insurance covering telehealth encounters
